The Baby & Co baby hammock can be hand washed at 30 C/100 F. If you do wash it with a washing machine, choose a gentle program so that the material retains its shape and elasticity.

The inner  mattress cannot be washed, but it is beneficial to air it outdoors once a month. The material of the mattress is hypoallergenic and breathable natural cotton, which would decompose when washed 

We recommend that you clean small stains by rubbing with a small amount of soap and water.

Baby & Co's motor is optimized for Baby & Co's custom-made, high-quality spring. So, complete with the spring, this set can also move other brands of swings and hammocks (e.g. Adamo, Incababy, etc.). The strength of the spring makes it possible to use the baby swing from 4 kg to 15 kg. By default, the spring is an accessory of the baby swing, so it is included with the hammock when purchased, so you do not have to buy it separately.

At Baby & Co, the safety of babies is the most important thing for us. This is no different with the motor of the baby hammock.

Current technology does not yet allow the creation of an almost silent engine without compromising our safety-related values. Because of this, the motor has a minimal noise, but based on our in-depth tests and experience, it does not have a bad effect on babies' sleep.

We are constantly developing our products and looking for solutions to minimize this noise.

The timer on the motor helps to operate the motor for 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours, according to the baby's sleeping habits. This gives the motor time to run until the baby settles down, then gradually slows down until it stops.

Of course, the motor is capable of longer operation, but then the desired time interval must be set again. The set times do not add up, so the engine operates for a maximum of 2 hours at one setting. 

If you want to continue using it, first make sure that your baby is lying comfortably, that the mattress is properly underneath and that nothing is pressing on the baby's back.

Several experts were involved in the design of Baby & Co's products - engineers as well as medical professionals. Our primary concern has always been safety, we set the maximum speed of the engine based on the recommendations of the experts, this provides complete safety from a weight of 4 kg to a weight of 15 kg.

The standby power of the motor is 0.3-0.5 W. Maximum power consumption is 15W. The electrical outlet switch should always be turned off when not in use.

We designed the Baby & Co baby hammock so that the baby feels in a calm, warm and safe place, just like in the womb. As the baby grows, the space for it narrows, the brace allow the baby hammock not to completely flatten on your baby.

You have 14 days from the receipt of the order to return it if the product has not been used.
